Information and transactions

LocalFlare provides community business information and advertising displays. Businesses and advertisers should provide accurate information they are entitled to publish and are responsible for fulfilling their products, services, prices and offers. Confirm current conditions with the business; content in a historical flyer may no longer be valid.

Manual review does not mean that the platform has verified every qualification, advertising claim or copyright, and is not a guarantee of service or transaction outcomes. The site currently provides no consumer checkout or collection of transaction payments for businesses.

Material rights and permitted use

Rights in text, photographs, images, logos, trademarks and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Display does not mean that LocalFlare owns every material or that a brand has given an unstated endorsement or affiliation.

Free listing does not remove material-rights requirements. Supplying print files, approving a print proof or receiving a verbal reminder from staff does not automatically authorise website publication; website use must be made clear separately. Finding an image online also does not establish permission to reuse it.

Provide only content you are entitled to submit and identify the fields and materials intended for public display. Website use is limited to the authorisation confirmed for that content, which may include Chinese and English editing without changing meaning and necessary image resizing or cropping. Submitting private review contact details does not automatically authorise their publication. This page itself does not grant material-use rights that the platform has not otherwise obtained.

Uncertain or disputed materials

We withhold material when its source or permission is unclear, it bears a questionable watermark, or the rights explanation is ambiguous. It can be omitted, held back or replaced with material whose permitted use is clear. Where a listing remains appropriate, only verified basic text that may be published is retained.

A copyright notice or a business's own watermark is not by itself evidence of infringement. We assess sources and permission evidence manually and request clarification when needed. A declaration or checkbox does not establish actual ownership and does not replace the platform's handling of questionable material.

Report copyright or brand-rights concerns

Email info@eprintall.com with the LocalFlare page link, the specific material, the basis of your rights or authority to act, and a reply address. Include an original source or permission explanation that helps us check the concern; do not attach unrelated identity documents, passwords or banking details.

We will review the report, ask the parties for relevant information where needed, and, as appropriate, pause display, correct or remove pages and materials under our control. A checked declaration alone is not sufficient grounds to keep displaying material that needs further verification. Complaint contacts and evidence are used to handle the request and maintain necessary records, not as public business descriptions.

Corrections and ending display

Submitters or rights holders may request a correction or an end to display through info@eprintall.com, identifying the content and their authority. We will check the scope of the request and any necessary retention reasons before handling controlled content. Advertising expiry is separate from withdrawal of permission to use material.

Existing public media links, historical editions, downloaded copies and third-party caches may need separate handling. We cannot guarantee recovery of every external copy and will explain the scope and limits of what can be done. Necessary review or dispute evidence may remain in private records.

Scope of this notice

This notice does not remove legal obligations that apply to the platform or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A business declaration, free listing or manual review does not provide automatic immunity.

Reading this page does not replace confirmation for specific information and materials or automatically create a paid advertising contract. Any paid advertising scope and fees must be agreed separately.
