Scope and contact
This notice explains current information handling on the LocalFlare website operated by 8249911 Canada Ltd., trading as Eprintall. Send privacy enquiries or requests to info@eprintall.com. Listed businesses and external websites are responsible for their own information-handling practices.
Public information and private review records
Public business information may include Chinese and English names and descriptions, categories, city or service area, address, telephone, website, a designated public email, images, logos, and supplied offers or dates. It is used for directory, search and page display. Information about a sole trader or individual contact can still be personal information.
Review records include submitted contact details and content, review status and handling notes. Where publication permission has been obtained and recorded, we retain that record.
WordPress handles authentication for existing accounts. Administrators may also record advertising periods and internal payment status, amounts, dates, references or notes. These payment administration fields are not shown on public pages; the website currently has no payment form that collects consumers' bank card details.
Images and public display
Images submitted through the listing form are checked, decoded, resized where needed and re-encoded. Before approval, processed images are held in non-public application records for authorised administrator preview. Approval can create public media for website display. Administrators may also add media within an authorised public-use scope.
Provide only information you are entitled to submit and publish, and do not upload unrelated identity documents or sensitive information. Others can save or share public pages and images. Advertising expiry or hiding or deleting a page does not automatically revoke existing image links, historical flyers or copies held by others.
Technical information, cookies and external scripts
When you visit, the server receives technical information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information. The submission feature uses hashed IP and email identifiers, submission counts and security-check records to reduce abuse and duplicate applications. Hashing does not make information completely anonymous; hosting services may also retain access or error logs.
WordPress login and password-protected content may use cookies. Language selection on this site is passed through links or form parameters. Browsing the directory does not automatically create an account.
The hosting console confirms that participation in GoDaddy's website performance monitoring, Real User Metrics (RUM), is enabled. Public pages also load the external script tccl.min.js from img1.wsimg.com, and browsers send requests to that service. The specific data fields collected, use of cookies and retention periods remain to be verified. You can adjust browser cookie or script settings, although some functions may be affected.
Purposes, access and service providers
We use information to provide the directory, process reviews and corrections, administer existing accounts, protect the website and maintain advertising administration records. Access to private review and payment records is governed by administrative permissions; those records are not public directory content.
Website hosting, database, email and other services actually used by the platform may process relevant information to provide their services. Server locations and each provider's retention arrangements have not all been verified, so we do not promise that information is processed only in Canada.
When you follow a business, map or other external link, that service handles information under its own rules. Device sharing passes the public page link to the application or service you choose.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to process applications, maintain listings, handle disputes and meet necessary business or legal obligations. There is currently no single automatic deletion process covering all applications, private images, logs and backups.
Requests to delete information or stop its public display are checked manually. We distinguish public content, review evidence and records that need to be retained, and arrange deletion or de-identification when information is no longer needed. We will explain reasons for continued retention or practical limits. We cannot promise to retrieve or immediately erase every previously public material or third-party copy.
Access, correction and withdrawal requests
Contact info@eprintall.com to request access to or correction of information about you, or to request deletion, an end to public display or withdrawal of relevant consent. Identify the information, page and action requested. To prevent unauthorised access or changes, we may request identity or authority evidence proportionate to the request.
Do not include complete identity documents, account passwords or banking details in your first message. We will handle requests under applicable requirements and explain any additional information needed or reasons why part of a request cannot be completed.
Safeguards and changes
The site uses access controls, input checks and submission limits, and separates public information from private review records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send unrelated sensitive information through ordinary forms or email.
We will update this notice and its date when information handling changes materially. This notice does not replace any further notice or consent required for a new purpose.
